At Tres Molinos Ranch & Resort, there are activities for everyone. Couples, families, corporate groups and more can enjoy horseback rides, camping/star-gazing, hiking, fishing, shooting range, UTV rentals, equestrian clinics and more.
We offer luxury accommodations for overnight guests with fully equipped kitchens, large bathrooms, living rooms and private front/back patios. Tres Molinos also offers nightly, short-term & long-term RV space rentals.
Our gorgeous Event Center has plenty of space for your next party or private event. With indoor and outdoor options including an outdoor fireplace, our event center is great for any weather, day or night!

This place is real nice! Cat fish pond is full channel and blue cats. The sleeping quarters are clean and professionally put together with new updated equipment.
Hands down one of THE BEST steaks I’ve ever had. The service and hospitality were unmatched as well. This is definitely a gem in the Hill Country.
OUR STORY
Tres Molinos Ranch is built on a Family Ranch in Harper, Texas. The Ranch has been in the family and used as a homestead for close to 100 years. In 2024 the ranch will be eligible to qualify for Historic designation as it will then be 100 yrs old. Patrick began building a new house, the Events Center and B&B of Tres Molinos Ranch & Resort, in 2017. He named the entry road after his grandmother Wanda, who he has always thought highly of.
