Lodging at Tres Molinos includes 3 luxury accommodation options, each featuring a king-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable living area which includes a full-sized pull-out sofa, private front & back patios, and access to community fire and BBQ pits.
Nightly, short-term, and long-term RV Space rentals and on-site tent camping options are also available.
Our beautiful Event Center provides the ideal space for weddings and private events. With both indoor and outdoor options—including an outdoor fireplace—it’s the perfect venue for any weather, day or night.
On-site activities include horseback riding, UTV rentals, a shooting range, fishing, camping/stargazing, hiking, hunting, and more!
“Truly the best mini vacation with my kids ever!! From the moment we arrived it was an epic adventure! We were greeted by our hosts Patrick and Krystal along with their baby lamb Sparky, whom we got to bottle feed 🙂 From getting fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast, horseback riding, fishing, riding ATV’s around the property and feeding all of the animals. From brushing baby calves, lots of sweet farm pups, making s’mores, the fire pit, the beautiful star lit nights.. it was all just magical. We were even invited to help out with a few farming chores… which was so awesome! My kids and I enjoyed every moment and were so sad to leave. The rooms are spotless and very tastefully decorated! The best walk-in shower with perfect temps and water pressure to wash off the outdoors. We felt like family and we will definitely be back ASAP! The hosts and their staff are just amazing! “I wish I could find the right words to describe how amazing this stay was! My family of four loves to try something different each year for vacation, and since our daughter loves horses we went on the search for a ranch stay. All of my questions were answered prior to booking so quickly and kindly and that responsiveness from the owners continued throughout our stay! The house was extremely comfortable for the four of us, but the most amazing part was the views! If you get the chance to experience horseback riding with them, I suggest doing that. It was wonderful! The animals on site are amazing to interact with, especially our favorite farm pup, Cash! Our family has decided that we will be back the next chance we get!”

OUR STORY
Tres Molinos Ranch is built on a Family Ranch in Harper, Texas. The Ranch has been in the family and used as a homestead for close to 100 years. In 2024 the ranch will be eligible to qualify for Historic designation as it will then be 100 yrs old. Patrick began building a new house, the Events Center and B&B of Tres Molinos Ranch & Resort, in 2017. He named the entry road after his grandmother Wanda, who he has always thought highly of.
