Lodging at Tres Molinos includes 3 luxury accommodation options, each featuring a king-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable living area which includes a full-sized pull-out sofa, private front & back patios, and access to community fire and BBQ pits.
Nightly, short-term, and long-term RV Space rentals and on-site tent camping options are also available.
Our beautiful Event Center provides the ideal space for weddings and private events. With both indoor and outdoor options—including an outdoor fireplace—it’s the perfect venue for any weather, day or night.
On-site activities include horseback riding, UTV rentals, a shooting range, fishing, camping/stargazing, hiking, hunting, and more!

This place is real nice! Cat fish pond is full channel and blue cats. The sleeping quarters are clean and professionally put together with new updated equipment.
Hands down one of THE BEST steaks I’ve ever had. The service and hospitality were unmatched as well. This is definitely a gem in the Hill Country.
OUR STORY
Tres Molinos Ranch is built on a Family Ranch in Harper, Texas. The Ranch has been in the family and used as a homestead for close to 100 years. In 2024 the ranch will be eligible to qualify for Historic designation as it will then be 100 yrs old. Patrick began building a new house, the Events Center and B&B of Tres Molinos Ranch & Resort, in 2017. He named the entry road after his grandmother Wanda, who he has always thought highly of.
